Developed by us first in Japan in 1955, we have added new types of cold formed sheet piles and made improvements for different applications. Cold formed sheet piles are highly acclaimed as a reliable civil engineering material, for their outstanding workability as well as excellent water-tightness and cross-sectional properties.
Extremely high cross-sectional properties
Due to the efficient design of the cross-sectional shape, cold formed sheet piles offer extremely high strength though they are being made of thin steel sheet.
Cross-sectional shape created through unrelenting research
Joints of different shapes (types 2, 3 and 5) do not come loose even through repeated use in numerous piling and pulling operations, offering outstanding water-tightness as well as prevention of soil leakage.
Lightweight and excellent workability
Made of thin steel sheets, our cold formed sheet piles are lightweight and easy to handle, allowing speedy and efficient installation.
Excellent cost performance
Outstanding cross-sectional properties per unit mass combined with ease of installation dramatically improves work efficiency. In addition, cold formed sheet piles can be used repeatedly, which makes them quite economical.
